The leading project employees and vocational trainers are qualified for the intended employment by acquired diplomas in the fields of business informatics, system technology, application development, organization, business economics, pedagogy and psychology.

All employees have many years of professional experience, especially in the fields of ICT and pedagogy, and are trained to deal with autism spectrum disorder (certified by autismus.approach, Ms Marianne Schweizer).

Ongoing further training in coaching ASS and AD(H)S at SBAP, the Swiss Professional Association for Applied Psychology, promotes the understanding of vocational trainers in their cooperation with learners.

Our social pedagogues, with a master’s degree in educational sciences and social work, regularly work with learners in the areas of social competences.
